Description of Research

Broadly speaking my research has centered around malignant diseases of hematopoietic and lymphoid tissues. Since 1988, our principal focus has been on the morphology, immunology clinical features and pathogenesis of anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL), its relationship to other large cell malignancies, and the role of ALK gene dysregulation in the classification of ALCL. Other areas of interest include natural killer cell malignancies and cutaneous lymphomas.
