 Aamir Ehsan

Dr. Ehsan is an assistant professor in the Department of Pathology at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. He is Director of Flow cytometry at the University of Texas Health Science Center; and Director of Hematology, Co-Director of Apheresis Unit and Associate Medical Director of Transfusion Medicine at Audie L. Murphy division of South Texas Veterans Health care system.

Research Interest:

Dr. Ehsan is generally interested in both hematopathology and transfusion medicine with specific continuing clinical and research interest in flow cytometric immunophenotyping of hematolymphoid neoplasms, immunohistochemical and morphologic evaluation of lymphoid lesions, EBV related lymphoid disorders, stem cell transplantation, and genetic and molecular basis of leukemias/lymphomas.
